prior to listing it for sale.
The planting throughout, includes Mediterranean plants, chosen for
being drought tolerant, deer resistant and low maintenance. Informal
pebble pathways
were added to create access as well as to enjoy the grounds.
Garden Detail
Plants such as lavandar-cotton, sage, lavandar and jasmine add fragrance
by the swimming pool. These mounding plants can be kept compact
with minimal sheering.
